Plant Life is our limited edition collaboration with our friends at Usal Project. This wine is an ode to our co-habitation, and symbiotic relationship with plants. And thus, we have used some of the most beautiful biodynamic grapes, from our favorite Central Coast vineyards in this wine.
Tasting Notes: Star fruit, young strawberry preserves, guava, agua de jamaica, and mango dusted with tajin. The palate is bright and lithe, with very minimal tannin, salty to the finish.

- 20% Clairette Blanche - Martian Ranch 2022
- 20% Pinot Noir - Bassi - 2022
- 20% Chardonnay- Riverbench - 2022
Grenache Blanc - 16 days on skins, then basket pressed to stainless barrel. Aged on gross lees for 10 months before blending.
Clairette Blanche- Direct press to stainless barrel, aged 10 months.
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay- Co-fermented, aged in neutral wood for 23 months before blending.
