Shipping & Returns
COST
Shipping wine is expensive.
But getting a box of good wine shouldn't come with a brutal shipping bill.
We offer $10 flat-rate shipping, and free shipping on orders over $150. We take a little hit on our end, but we'd rather make it easier for you to drink good wine.
LOCATIONS
We ship to most states in the U.S., and we're always working on adding more.
If your state isn't available at checkout, unfortunately we can't ship there yet.
FREQUENCY
We generally ship twice a week, so your order may take a couple extra days to get moving. We promise the wine is worth the wait.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
DELIVERY/RECEIVING
Someone 21 or older must be present to receive the wine, and the carrier will require a valid government-issued ID and adult signature.
Carriers may make multiple delivery attempts. If the package is ultimately returned to us because nobody was available to receive it, we can either refund the order, minus the original shipping cost, or resend it. Additional shipping charges will apply to reshipped orders.
RETURNS
Wine is a little different from a T-shirt, so we generally can't accept returns simply because you changed your mind.
That said, if your wine arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or something otherwise went sideways, please contact us and we'll make it right. If possible, include your order number and a photo of the bottle or package so we can sort it out quickly.
