André Gamay is a collaboration with the ULTIMATE Good Boy and hilarious madman, Eric André.
We wanted to create a wine that honors Eric's unique style; lively, playful, physical, and unhinged. What we came up with was a nod to the forefathers of Beaujolais—Breton, Foillard, Lapierre & Thévenet. Tasting like you’re falling through brambly fresh fruit and about to land on rain-soaked soil. This wine gives us a vibrant savoriness that we love to pair with a late-night discothèque, steak frites, Camembert & crusty baguette. Santé!
Tasting Notes: A bright & energetic house party of brambly fruits, rain-soaked soil, ripe plums, and white pepper, with fine tannins and an umami-infused finish
Grapes: 100% Biodynamic Gamay Noir from Martian Ranch in Los Alamos
Production: Foot crushed whole cluster, 24 hours on skins, then basket pressed and fermented in tank. Aged in the tank on undisturbed lees for 10 months, then racked for bottling by gravity. Unfined & unfiltered.
