UFO is BACK baby! And just like last year, it's not for the faint of heart. This is our most wild & out-of-this-world blend (a seriously unique & complex orange wine). This year, we used a blend of carbonic Grenache Blanc, Chardonnay, Clairette, and Sauvignon Blanc from the sunny Central Coast of California.

Tasting Notes: Tart Mai Tai, sun-drenched apricots, sea salt, toasted almond, umami, an Italian amaro nightcap.


Grapes & Production:

A magical White Field blend of:

  • 60% 2021 & 2022 Grenache Blanc. 2-week maceration and aged in neutral oak (Organically farmed Zaca Mesa Vineyard)
  • 30% 2021 Chardonnay. Aged in fiberglass (Organically farmed Riverbench Vineyard)
  • 6% 2022 Clairette. Direct pressed into Stainless Steel tanks (Organically farmed Martian Ranch)
  • 4% 2022 Sauvignon Blanc. Direct pressed into Stainless Steel tanks (Organically farmed Presqu'ile Vineyard)
