Sparkling Wine Spritz (4-pack) 💎
The Good Boy Sparkling Wine Spritz is a light (7% ABV), yet energetic blend of 2 beautifully made piquettes; an eclectic juicy starburst of Sauvignon Blanc + Claret and a tart, strawberry-infused Gamay. Like a can of beer (but better duh), we designed this to be something you can easily party with; chilled, bubbly, and you can have a few without getting overly buzzed. We consider that a WIN!
Tasting Notes: Freshly plucked star fruit, tart strawberry, gummy worms and a sea salt-infused bottle of cold Topo Chico.
Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc (biodynamic), Clairette Blanche (organic), Gamay (organic)
Production: Re-hydrated fruit after its initial primary in picking bins until the water just barely covered the fruit. Foot crushed once daily for 1 week then pressed to a mix of tank and neutral barrel. Aged 10 months then force carbonated.
